Kalina Domkowicz is a first-year Master's student pursuing two degrees in parallel: Medical Biology with a specialization in Neurobiology at the Faculty of Biology, University of Gdańsk, and Biotechnology at the Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology of the University of Gdańsk and the Medical University of Gdańsk. I am fascinated by neuroimmunology and its role in neurodegenerative diseases, with a particular interest in the use of animal models to study disease mechanisms and explore new therapeutic strategies. I pursue both of these interests through my research in the Laboratory of Experimental and Translational Immunology and the Department of Animal and Human Physiology
