Olga Szmit received her MSc. degree from Chemical Technology, Gdańsk University of Technology. In 2014 she also graduated from University of Business and Administration, Ecoenergetic: Administration of renewable energy sources.

She gained project administration experience during realization of many projects: firstly in private enterprise, now in Gdańsk University of Technology.
