The 14th NEURONUS & Young PTBUN Neuroscience Forum – A Voice of Young Researchers in Neuroscience!

The 14th NEURONUS & Young PTBUN Neuroscience Forum was a wonderful experience. The event was very intense, and thanks to the diversity of neuroscience topics covered, there was something for everyone.

I had the pleasure of presenting our latest results in a talk on how spatial memory guides behavior in social contexts. During the meeting, I met many fascinating people from around the world interested in different aspects of memory. I am very glad I could take part in this event. I hope our research will inspire the young scientists to whom the event was dedicated.

Taking part in the Forum allowed me to get to know participants working on similar topics. Talking with them let me look at questions about memory and animal behavior through the lens of their research and experience. By presenting, I also gained valuable experience in public speaking. Attending the lectures showed me, too, how much we still don’t know and how many incredible discoveries lie ahead of us.

I return from the Forum motivated to continue our work, with new connections and ideas.
